Why did I become a life coach?

 

Reason 1:

When I was a challenging teenager, I worked with a life coach whose impact still shapes who I am today. At 35, I still use the tools and strategies I learned back then. Those tools became part of my mental toolbox — the kind of coping mechanisms we all need to face life’s ups and downs.

 

Reason 2:

I’ve watched many people in my life go through traditional counselling. For some, it became a space for repeating stories and justifying struggles — but I didn’t see deep, lasting change.

 

Life coaching, to me, is different. It’s about shifting focus: not just processing the past, but creating the future. Coaching is a forward-driven approach that helps you heal, grow, and design a life that’s truly aligned with who you want to be.
